First Line Friday #56

Only 18 days before Christmas!!! Have you finished your shopping and wrapped all your presents? I'm almost done. Woohoo! I just have to pick up some more stocking stuffers and am waiting for a few packages to arrive. All the gifts that have arrived at my house are now wrapped. I'm feeling in control and not overwhelmed . . . yet.

I decided to share with you a Christmas romance I read several years ago. It's called Mail-Order Mistletoe Brides. This book contains two stories. One by Jillian Hart and one by Janet Tronstad.

Christmas Hearts by Jillian Hart

Montana Territory, December 20, 1886

The steel clickety-clack of the rails slowed as the town of Miles City came into sight.

Mistletoe Kiss in Dry Creek by Janet Tronstad

Montana Territory, December 20, 1886

With her wool shawl wrapped tight around her shoulders, Maeve Flanagan stepped off the passenger car onto the railroad platform in Miles City and stopped suddenly.
