First Line Friday #47

The book I'm featuring this week on First Line Friday is "Out of the Storm" by Jody Hedlund. This one was on my TBR pile for quite some time. I'm so glad I finally picked it up to read. I'm only in the third chapter but it's piqued my interest for more. Interestingly enough, it is currently FREE on Kindle. I did see just now that one reviewer said, "There were some 'steamy' romance moments..." I'm not sure what they define as "steamy," but this is a Christian author so hopefully the book is perfectly clean. I don't know since I haven't read far enough into the book. It is a short read with only 137 pages.

Since I haven't read too far into the book, I cannot tell you much about it. If you click on the title of the book or on the photo of the book, it will take you to Amazon where you can read the description and read the reviews. Now it’s your turn. First Line Friday is something every reader can participate in. Pick up a book near you. Type the first line in the comments, along with the title of the book and the author. If you’d like, check out the books other readers have featured on their blogs by clicking on the Hoarding Books link at the end of this post.
